Zero-Install Stdio Execution

Cloudizero MCP is distributed as a zero-overhead Node executable via npx @cloudizero/mcp. Your AI client launches it as a background stdio worker without needing manual cloning or builds.

Choosing the Right API Key Scope

When creating an API key in Settings > API Keys, choose the scope according to your AI agent's role:

All Projects (Full Workspace Access)

Best for: General Workspace Orchestration & Initial Setup.

Can create new projects (cloudizero_create_project)
Can list and explore all projects in your account
Full media upload and folder management across projects

Select Specific Projects (Scoped)

Best for: App Repos & Production Environments (Least Privilege).

Sandboxed strictly to the selected project(s)
Blocks project creation attempts with a descriptive 403 error
Prevents AI from viewing or altering unrelated client assets
